Any user can generate a discount code for his account.
This can done during account Balance Fill procedure.
The amount of dicount is dependent from amount of money transfer
Data verifiers - Client selection
By default client can`t choose what data verifiers should do.
Hovewer Admin can enable this feature for Client!
